" Southside Bobby - Again, I get that you feel it doesn't matter what happened. But do you really not have an opinion about what happened ?" Not speaking for SA, yet he's around the mountain quite a bit and likely *may* have closer knowledge of what the real story is. as someone else point...

Re: Is Killington for sale?
"Weird inflation spikes" 🤦♂️ Yeah, as in, the cost of certain items went way up, but the cost of other things didn't change much. Example - PPI for machinery and equipment parts spiked by 5-6% in late 2023 - well above the average rate of inflation for that period. By contrast, over the ...

Re: Is Killington for sale?
To be fair I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to see that charging $20 for 100 people is not a money grab. 'to be fair' - could be insurance related, simply taking a small bite out of increased premiums. not many events like this are free anymore. 'money grab'' a little harsh is all, so may ...

Restaurant industry streamlining offerings partly to make it easier to train new people. wouldn't read too much into that, other than functionality (and profitability... ducking now, go ez asher, ) IMO its about cutting labor costs to look good on a spreadsheet. if training people was a probl...

Speaking of cold, tonights low at the peak? 1degF. followed by 8f, 4f and 14f tues night. Even down here in northwest CT, simply enjoy preserving the snow, would rather have it stick around, makes me happy. Midweek skiing for the win, good luck mogulee!

Re: Ski width and late-in-day killington “sand piles”
96 Volkl M6 and 102 Volkl Mantra are my two daily drivers. Today was day one for my new 108 Volkl Katanas after they sat by the front door for the past three months. Some of the best snow of the season today. Ok be honest GIS - which do you prefer - the volks at 96 underfoot, or the mantras at 102?...

Re: How bad were the lift lines today 2/17 ?
We stayed home because of the choked slopes last few years . Was it not bad or typical Saturday president weekend lift waits ? North Ridge quad looked light most of day on cam. Is your name 'ee', or a somewhat clever melding of moguls and lee? i was not there today to provide info, just thought i'd...
