Thoughts on a good place to watch the USA game at 1:00 tomorrow - either access road or lodge?

Planning a trip to Chamonix in March, never been. All accomplished skiers. Was looking for advice on choosing what part of Chamonix to stay in. We won't have a vehicle so want to stay in walking distance to lifts and be able to walk to bars and restaurants. Thoughts from those who have been? TIA

I use gmail and all of these emails went to the promotion folder if that helps. Otherwise not sure - I have a separate full IKON pass, not in connection to Beast 365

Clarification for those interested- I emailed Stratton and Sugarbush and Stratton responded. They said that you only have to respond to one of the emails as they all take you to the same form.

Just got emails from IKON, Sugarbush and Stratton all asking to fill out their season pass attestation form. I assume you would only have to do the IKON pass attestation, and not complete the Sugarbush and Stratton attestation form. Anyone know more about this? Do you need to do all of these attesta...

Late afternoon today, stopped on the Bunny Buster/Great Northern Tunnel about 10 feet between me and the fencing. I was looking down hill when whooosh, a large (8 pointer estimated) buck comes flying between me and the fencing. Crap. Wish i saw it coming so I could use the camera.

The Bubble and North Ridge eventually opened in the afternoon. At least for the North Ridge, no one went there. The skiing was great on the sides of the trails where the snow accumulated.
