If you go to the Loaf, you've got to try the Porter House Inn up in Eustis (aka Useless in Eustis). It's about 20 miles north of the Loaf towards the Canadian border. When it's fully open the Loaf is fantastic. Get some good pow and your in heaven. It's in the middle of the sticks, so the crowds aren't outrageous.
