Re: saturday 4/1 report
There’s about four people at Pico, self included. A fresh coating but slower and sticker than molasses. If no vert forget it, you’ll be hiking any flats. Otherwise warm and pleasant. Strange morning and one fit for 4/1.

Best day of the season. Powerline glades beautiful, Boner Woods beautiful. It's been too long.

Re: Thursday March 15
Summit Chair at Pico started about 9:20, nice corral formed for the start. Great to see how little was groomed on the opening runs. Couldn't have asked for a better day for glades. Had a bit of refresh in the afternoon as it just kept on snowing. I think I skied Upper Giant/Powerline > Poma Glades a...

Re: Wednesday, 2/7 Report
Wonderful day on the hill in relentless weather. As mentioned the woods are back up to snuff with only a few spots hitting bottom. Magic moment arrived around 3:15 in and around Fiddle and Devils Den. We're back to normal.

not too long ago gp's were fun for the girl of the week/month but nest kinda runs that market now. Can't say I don't miss gp, when they know it's live they always perform better.

Re: Thursday, Jan 4th ......
Indeed Pico was sparse and a lot of fun with continuous snowfall, particularly in and around the Summit Glades. Didn't come across a single soul out there, perfect.

Mere sensationalism choosing a long outdated theorist with a reputation which guarantees a knee-jerk reaction from the peanut gallery. It was a put-on plain and simple. Another straw man. Rant and rave as they may but human biodiversity is never going away.

Re: wednesday 2/15/17 report
really great day, I dare say preferable to Monday. brought skins and did some touring off of ridge run, smooth as silk, quiet and peaceful. inbounds Bear still reigns with OL holding up nicely particularly the lift line. parts of Centerpiece were untracked given the few inches we received today. onl...

Re: monday 2/13/17 report POW DAY!
Bear was definitely the sweet spot, love OL before it turns to garbage. Loaded the quad at 9 and hit up fiddle/devil's den and by the time I returned the lines were out the gates. Can't say much for the rest of the hill, tracked out and wind-blown although softer overall. On a powder scale we're loo...
