We are long time Killington skiers seeking two full shares (separate rooms) for 2018-2019. We have been in the same share house over 10 years, but due to the death of the owner. need to find other accommodations.

We ski when there's snow, so would need flexibility to come & go. We'd also want a hot tub.

Ever since Powdr took over, there has been a decline in ski services. Chairs are shut down early, or not run at all. Bear closes in mid March with a 3' base. And now, the have taken down the South Ridge Triple. So they upgraded the peak lodge...who cares? WRITE & COMPLAIN. WE ARE BEING SCREWED!...

You are correct. The new lodge is scheduled to open in Dec' 2012. 7 mil investment with a o rate of return. Why not use the money to upgrade the South Ridge Chair? Morons! The skiers have responded. 94% in favor of SRT, yet they sre shutting it down anyway. So much for listening to skiers.

Everyone talks about the SR terran, but what about access from Bear to the rest of the mountains. SR to low traverse was a kool way to get to the Canyon & K peak. I agree that the chair will be forgotten & we will just get used to having less terrain.

The chairs are down & they are for sale. Another Powda innovation that screws the skiers. South Ridge is a great ski area on powder days & gives access to the whole mountain without traversing through Sky Peak to get to the Gondola. Its all about the $$$, just like closing Bear Mountain earl...
