Boarded skyeship a few minutes before 9am... by the time we were in needles there was already people at mid station ready to load from the basin side. Crazy how quickly things got tracked up. A couple warm up laps through needles, cruise control, Chunnel etc were very good... but after about 3 runs ...

Outpost was spinning all day today and conditions were primo.

Skyeship and great eastern holding up fine as of today. Snow in the forecast if it holds... killington actually on the map for 8-12” on weather channel this afternoon, we shall see.

Thank you Tyrolean! Yes I’ve done that maybe 2-3 times already but unfortunately they said the forced scans will not correlate with the scan guns so I’ve got 53 scans now but 55 in the system, weird. I go by the gun scans.

Spent the late morning and early afternoon making several hikes to both outpost and Knomes area, both were absolutely fantastic. Deep snow in spots and not many tracks.

+1 on a good day at pico! Got out from 10:30 until about 1 and it was very nice. Agree that 49er was the wrotd for me. Lower mountain was in great shape all around nice soft snow everywhere and a strong snowmaking effort taking place over there as well today.

I couldnt disagree more. My Mechanics messed up a number of times and we won't use them anymore. Put the wrong size rotors on my Audi in one case. Then had some lame excuse about what happened. Heard other stories locally about them making similar mistakes. Don't know many locals that use them anym...

Pico ponds were operating just fine today! Very impressive snowmaking effort going on (in pico terms) upper mountain on 49er as well as a couple trails on the lower mountain like swinger and expressway. Didn’t count guns but most I’ve seen running at once there I’m pretty sure.
