I actually just had something almost like that happen to me about 20 minutes ago....car came flying into a one-way street right by me. It used to be a two-way street, so I was way over to the right out of habit and it came shooting by me without even a tap on the brake pedal.

Pretty awful news, and the entire town is pretty much in shock. I don't know anyone who hasn't walked up Main Street alone, so it's pretty scary.

Good, now she can stop using mine.

I work for an employee owned niche software company, and there's no chance of outsourcing. I'm also not going to get rich working there, but at least it's secure.
