I've gotten the Fourty Niner a few times now and it's about good as it gets for bar food.

Got out at Pico on a chair at 8:35. Was treated to a perfect private cruiser run down 49er. Summit glade was skiing great as was KA glade and giant killer. Curious what the rate is for a seasonal rental at Pico in the condos? Starting to think/plan/save for potentially renting one for next year. Does anyone have any experience with this?
