Currently running some 700C x 33 mm tires that I have ridden on road, gravel, and easy single track trail here in the Bost...

Re: How many days have you (*) 2020-202X season?

IMG_3340.jpg Been riding trail on my Gravel bike when it isn't too muddy. Otherwise on my Kickr and Zwift. Did Stage 2 of the 3 stage Zwift event this past weekend. Stage 2 was 17 miles with 10 miles climbing about 3800 ft - that was a good workout. Joined a few meet ups in Zwift (a group ride, eve...

Re: Beast 360 pass now includes IKON base Pass

pass_prices.jpg Here are the costs by age of Killington's Season Pass, the 365 pass, the difference in cost between them, and the cost of the IKON base pass. Note that the 365 installment plan is simply the yearly cost divided by 12 months. Note that the ikon base renewal price is 649, so if one is...

Re: Beast 360 pass now includes IKON base Pass

too good to be true!!! already thought the beast 365 was a very good deal just for the skiing and golfing (in addition to mtn biking & adventure ctr) but throwing in the $699 IKON base puts it was over the top. unbelievable!!! you buy an epic local and you pretty much have access to every ski a...

It's one day longer to June 1st this year, and Killington was out building Superstar. 2020-02-29 17.24.52.jpg Hat of the Day ROTD Skyhawk. Tucked away in plain sight, lots of fun, if only for 8 turns. BOTD: Foley Bros Pieces of Eight As good as Skyhawk was, the tree line just to the left of Skyhawk...

Re: Insane Lift Line @ Vail Last Saturday

Amazing what 4 feet of snow and a bluebird Saturday with closed lifts due to avy danger will do. Even $209 lift tickets can't seem to keep the people away. Hint: Ski weekdays. Re: Sorta Ski Related: Snow Tires

If you are going to get a second set mounted on a second set of wheels, then get real winter tires. If you go with a single set, then all-weather tires (not the same as all seasons) like the Nokian mentioned earlier make sense. They have the 3 Mountain Peak symbol just like winter tires. Do some re...

Holds, shmolds. Let’s focus on the important stuff: where’s happy hour? How about Charity’s or Casey’s. Haven’t been to either in a while. Edit: Preston’s 5:30 Yeah, no. Had enough lines today. The maple rum, 4 grain bourbon from Mad River, and the amber gin from Barr Hill was very good at the tast...
