Re: $16+ for a beer?

$16 is insane! They'll keep charging it though and many people will keep buying it. I guarantee it. I'll just go back to my condo at the end of the day and have a beer. Craft beers are the biggest ripoff too. I'm not a big craft beer fan. I'm fine with just a blue moon or similar.

Re: Expansion

Seems like that isn't happening at least for tomorrow. I'm not sure what happened, but it seems like a bunch of trails are half finished, rather than focusing on some that could have been finished. You can't know that from the "Snow Report" that's had the same canned text for a week. Ther...

Re: Opening schedule for the rest of the mountain

Here's a question for those of you who know the mountain better. Based on previous years, what should I expect to see open by next Friday (Veterans Day) and the weekend that follows? North Ridge only or top-down skiing? I'd be driving with my kids for 7.5 hours, so I'd need to set some expectations...

Re: $16+ for a beer?

I was in the Northridge triple early season when we were on the stairs. We were riding singles because of how long the line was. Two young guys, snowboarders, about 16 or 17 got on the chair with me. I was probably 50 at the time so to them I was like grandmother age. One guy says he has two bottle...

Re: $16+ for a beer?

I've seen a few people over the years who actually were skiing with bottles in their jacket. I remember one was pretty plastered and I swear he had probably a six pack in his jacket. LOL! Idiot...

Re: Opening schedule for the rest of the mountain

I always thought they came all at once, but I'm glad they're all here now. Do you think the use of the Phazer guns will allow more guns to run this time of year when things are limited by air? Absolutely, as long as it's cold enough. For their portable gear a K3000 will suck 400 CFM at max flow whi...

Re: Timing of Killington Forward

Yeah, I'm still skeptical this village will ever happen. We'll see. Definitely a lot further along than it's ever been though with plenty of money flowing in from many sources. Hoping the town doesn't get screwed which, in turn, means I will get screwed also being a 2nd homeowner. I'm happy with K r...

Re: It’s that time of year…

Tradition! One thing I’ve learned in my time of being a part of Kzone is RENO will correctly predict that K will do snowmaking and open in time for ski season. That’s no lame ass response in my opinion :D I even predicted the exact hour K would start snowmaking and won some lift tickets one year......

And these lame ass responses are just as predictable as the original post.

Been to 2 of these below many times. Both great pizzas. I can think of a dozen pizza joints in my area that are great.
De Lorenzo’s Tomato Pies Robbinsville NJ
Conte's Pizza Princeton NJ
