How about boards BUNGEE-corded to roof while driving 80 mph? (Route 4W just west of West Rutland)

Wanna guess what happened? Everything peeled off the roof, flew up into the air and landed on the ground. My tires were the first to greet them. The truck behind me finished off the bindings on one of the boards. Luckily, nothing happened to my tires or my car. The truck never bothered stopping.

CT plates on the bungee-corded car. So Jersey does NOT have the corner on idiots.

Best ever? Winter 1977 or 1978: two giant-tired SUVs, one a rusting Suburban and the other a rusting (large) Bronco front ended each other head-on in Sherburne pass. Each were illegally passing "herbs" as they drove up to the crest in the pass. Each thought they had the right-of-way. They did...in the ambulance on the way to Rutland Hospital. I don't know the outcome, but I don't think they walked away from that one. Oh yes, both drivers were VT locals, 'cause that one was talked about locally. So even VT is not immune from idiots.

If they were driving 65 or 70 in the fast lane they would be in VOLVOS.

Would Vermonting Jersey be okay? I've always wanted some NJ maple syrup. Jersey cows are cool.

You can always tell the Vermonter on the New Jersey beaches with their Birkenstocks and shocks. Kinda like this guy.

How do Jersey-ites compare when tested against M*ssholes?

Interesting driving in the storm early today on 93. M*ssholes who don't understand that four-wheel drive helps
you go in the snow, but doesn't necessarily help you stop. Drove by a couple of heroes in
ditches...with MA plates.
