OMG. Glad to hear he's ok. That photo is confusing, it's either taken on the south side of the river (hard to get to) or his whole house floated off and moved.

maybe you had to much to fast? I'm talking flash flooding, not wind. I think winds topped out around 50 mph

It wasnt necessarily the winds, it appears that the water eroded the ground under the building and it more or less just fell in....
