I think all the local TV stations should be notified about this case in the event they're not yet aware of it. Anything that can be done to pressure the prosecution into dropping charges should be done. Having a lot of Mosher supporters telling the news people how absurd this is might go a long way toward applying common sense to this situation.

Forget local. Take it national - VT prosecuting farmers for having cows that get loose. Heads need to roll on this one, and not Mosher's.

.....not too concerned here...try and remember the old adage...given the right ...whatever?...you could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. If this prosecuter has ANY smarts?...she will make an effort...if and when it goes to trial?..to get a change of venue....as he's FAR too well known ( i.e. liked)....around these parts. Here's to hoping she makes an ass of herself......
