MLK weekend

Post by Mister Moose »

The forecast has degraded to a tenth to a quarter inch of liquid evil Thursday, temps near freezing Thursday night and Friday, followed by a deep below zero freeze Friday night. That gives them 2 grooms and one night of resurfacing 3 lucky trails to get ready for MLK Saturday.

Ooooof. This weekend is going to put the resort under the guns, literally.

Guess I'll keep the (108 underfoot) well rested for UT trip in Feb and keep pounding the old AC30's. They love fast and firm!

they can only open what they groomed and they can only groom the trails that have sufficient depth...my guess is anything but the snowmaking trails are thin at best...it was thin last sunday...sad, so sad....snowmobilers are weeping even harder...friday the 13th voodoo indeed...
