The photos of Superstar are very impressive. I predict lift served skiing in June.

I predict that we will be hiking for turns June 1st no different than the last few years.

Realistic expectations is a better descriptor. Last June 1st day was 15 years ago back in 2002. About a 7% chance over that timespan. I will be generous and double the chances so let's give it a best success shot at 15%. June stoke makes for great marketing and remembering the old normal way back to the 90's.

My last June 1st was back in 1986. I remember the OC Ski Club of Albany, NY ran a bus that day. On the way home a bunch of us got out at Saratoga Lake and went Water Skiing that evening.

I also remember running a spring ski trip to Stowe April 15th weekend for three or four years about that same timeframe.
One year, a two foot fluffy January powder dump.
