Be sure to note that our lift operations plan shifts a bit this time of year. For instance, key lifts will stay open until 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, starting this Saturday, April 15. With plenty of snow left on the slopes, we are also extending operations of the Ramshead Express Quad this weekend (Ramshead Base Lodge is closed for the season, however) and the Bear Mountain Express Quad, which is scheduled to reopen this weekend and next weekend, April 22-23, provided good trail connectivity remains between Bear Mountain and the Needles Eye/Northbrook area. Finally, from May 1 until the snow is gone, the Superstar Express Quad will operate Friday-Sunday plus Memorial Day (if we make it that long) 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.weekdays and 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. weekends.

Weekday operations ending April 28th.
Understandable, but I was hoping they would go till May 5th.

And yes, I do know the weekday pass is good on the weekends in May.

I believe it was on or about May 1st last year. I checked my pics. I had 5/7, 5/14, 5/22 and 5/28. 5/28 was about all I wanted to subject my rock skis to. I think they ran on 5/29. I prefer to ski on empty weekdays. It was a low snow year last year. I'd have to hit my archive to see years past beyond last year. I can understand the midweek closing. They could put the motor room express or chef Erics cat to good use. Offer midweek cat skiing by reservation. Of course for an additional fee beyond a pass or ticket price. I for one would pay a premium for private midweek cat skiing. (Think about it Mike? Please and thank you!) It would put K on the map! No amenities. Just unlock the bathroom at the ubar. 2 pattrollers and a cat operator. Bring your own food. Raw hardcore spring skiing. No grooming.

No mention of what time the ribbon cutting will take place

Any one try calling this number off the K site lately? It doesn't work. General info number. "802-422-6201"
So I tried the reservation number. 800-621-MTNS (6867) I wanted answers as to the closing and operating schedule. They didn't have a clue as to when weekend only schedule would start. Kinda poor on Killingtons part. I really expect more.
A touron might be angry they booked a room with a closed mountain. . A pass holder AKA myself might be pissed without answers. I believe there is a certain level of non communication and dysfunction at Killington. I know certain employees feel that way. I know myself and other pass holders feel that way. Let the mergers and acquisitions begin. Powder sucks!
