Looks like a good day. Hope the weather holds out....

To wrap up another winter season at Killington, as we ease into blue spring skies and warm afternoons, we'd like to say thank you - we couldn't have done it without you!

There will be a free hard goods on-snow demo at the base of Superstar from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, then join us for a BBQ lunch at the K-1 Cafeteria or Roaring Brook Umbrella Bars from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm. We'll be grilling up hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers, with chips and a soda on the side. Lunch, giveaways and prizes are on us - just bring your pass*. Round out the afternoon by joining us for live music at Dazed and Defrosted.

Sunday looks to be the day. Could there be a Bay One in the future?

SATURDAY Cloudy with isolated showers. Highs in the upper 40s. Light and variable winds...Becoming northwest around 10 mph in the afternoon. Chance of r*in 20 percent.

SATURDAY NIGHT Mostly cloudy. Lows in the mid 30s. West winds around 10 mph.

SUNDAY Sunny. Highs in the upper 50s. Light and variable winds.

Greetings From Killington!

The springtime ski and snowboard party continues this weekend at Killington Resort! Saturday, April 22 marks the convergence of Earth Day and The Beast’s NOR'BEASTER Dazed and Defrosted Festival, a combination certain to have you moving to the music.

This year’s Dazed and Defrosted Festival features a full day of live music headlined by Max Creek, plus cold brews, on-snow equipment demos, a photo booth, Season Pass Holder Party and environmental village. Stop by the Killington/Pico Sustainability Tent early to grab a Killington branded wildflower seed pack (limited number available).

You'll even find live music at the Peak Lodge, where Rev Tor will be performing his unique solo act from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

In addition to the party, there’s plenty of spring skiing and snowboarding still to come at Killington Resort. This weekend we plan to ski and ride on Killington and Skye peaks, with lift service from the K-1 Express Gondola, Superstar Express Quad, Canyon Quad and North Ridge Triple. Although we wanted to reopen Bear Mountain this weekend, a week of warm, showery weather dashed that plan, so Bear Mountain is now closed for the season. Be sure to check the Daily Report for up to date operations info – conditions change fast this time of year.

It's going to be a great weekend, we hope to see you here in Killington.
