our incredible shrinking mtn … skied the afternoon shift. not quite as warm as yesterday so some of the ungroomed canyon runs never opened. fine day nonetheless. skied everything open from bitter to highline. east fall was soup when i hit it. cascade better. skye lark skied well. co-rotd were highline, mid o & supe. bumps had pretty much reformed on pres' and left & right lines were intact. you had to "earn" mid o with both nivas & the exit having breaks. walking through the mud & all was worth a couple repeats. highline had the creamiest bumps of the day. was not "off to see the wizard" today ...

Yes .. organic soup is flowing freely.

Hadn't skied since Friday, yesterday the mt sure looked different! I love spring, but when you hear running water (instead of snow making) all day, it's a little sad...get it while we can!
