what lifts have lines and when? How long are these waits? I will be skiing k for the first time this winter so everything helps!

...unlike the Sherlock asking about winter lift lines when everybody here is interested in how much we'll get to play in the past winter's snow!

Ask again in 4-5 months and you will be showered with generous offerings of information.

But in general the best bet is for a short wait is at the k1 on Saturdays and holidays.
