FREE skiing has brought out the masses almost an hour before lift opening.

Nice touch having the ropes to help you down the "headwall".

Did Dave make his 50th day? It looks like him in the picture of campsite.

don't think dave posts on the zone. unfortunately he wound up with 48. because they were closed on monday and the friday 2 weeks ago, he didn't make it. as far as i'm concerned, he's an honorary member. guy is as core as anyone.

sometimes it wasn't pretty but skiing today was awesome. how many days til they fire up the guns again?

Killington did a great job . . . thanks to the whole crew . . . for a free day for non pass holders, K still showed class to everyone . . . it was amazing to show up to the mountain and see that line before opening bell!!! My first selfish thought was, "oh, I'm not going to get a shirt!" . . . then my heart took over, and I was overwhelmed at what Killington was able to accomplish by opening for June 1st - what a day and a great memory for me . . . Killington is a great home mountain for us

Bummer, sitting here sipping one of Buckethead's beers that ended up in our cooler and realizing how many folks I never got to say a proper farewell to . . . but, in reality, I hate 'goodbyes' . . . so to those I did not get to give the "farewell hug" to, I will truly miss you until next season . . . and, you're all welcome to come visit the farm and stay if need be :D  :-) 8) :D

Most memorable day of the season. K pulled it off with snow to spare until the very end. Great skiing with everyone.

about as perfect a closing day as one could hope for!
Props to K for making it happen.
And great to spend one more beautiful day on the access road sharing food and beverages with the great bunch of folks that makes the last 2 months of the season the very best! Those who couldn't be there - you know who you are and we wished you were there.
Will put some photos up later but for now wishing everyone a great summer!

ps: glad one of my beers ended up in your cooler Mrs G!
Cheers!
