Just ordered for myself and Frau Sehr. On line through park services can take up to 3 months to deliver. They redirect you to another site, your pass now, which stated the pass should show up in about a week. There is a $10 service charge but the numbers between the Parks Services and this site seem to differ. The receipt they e-mail to you is valid if you are going to visit a park soon.
In CT there are only 4 places that provide a Park Services purchase point, all the the North West area of CT, Middlebury being the closest and Cobolt the furthest.
The place Bubba is referring to is the Park Services office near Godnicks Furniture on 7 North so if you are there during normal hours you can apply and receive it sooner.
