I have a cousin who lives in Houston, fortunately for now atleast as he's keeping us informed, him and his wife's house is on high enough ground that they *should* be safe from flooding. His wife's family is from Rockport, where Harvey 1st came ashore. Some crazy pictures on her FB page her parents neighbors forwarded (her parents evacuated ahead of the storm). It's been a challenging few days to say the least for them....
