I manage a good ski house on the access road, walking to the Grist Mill. We have 7 bedrooms, 3 full baths, only 2 per room with no bunk beds, great members, flat parking. Been doing this for a long time, well established. We have access year round. We can't accept full timers due to the high utility costs of heating a large home during the week. We are basically weekenders who enjoy skiing/riding and take off the occasional day Fridays/Mondays for example.

G Smash has left the house. Phantom is still kicking it with us. Bay one Bashers institution still lives on.There is no king of the basher house. We have a queen who is running the place. Believe me, she be slamming. I wonder if her liver will hold up like G Smashes. Only time will tell.

Check out Snowjob's house "The Snow Zone" (website: www.skiatkillington.com). There might be availability there and it's just about a 10 minute drive to K1 base, +/- 1 minute. The crowd is singles and couples right around your age group.
