If it doesn't by the ski season, would you rent it out for the season.

Why are you selling? What does it cost you to own the place on an annual basis? (Taxes, heat, elec, plowing, insurance, blah, blah, blah...)

Looks like a great place. Can you please let me know what your annual costs are (taxes, utilities, plowing, insurance, etc) and if you currently rent the place and what the rental income has historically been.
