Banging Hot Lips is acceptable, but parties with prisoners or in the open that do not reflect the attitude of the military (read that as PC DC crowd) are not acceptable. Oh, and if You have stripes and Hot Lips has bars, that is illegal too.

Funny part is, the young recruits just don't seem to learn very quickly. Probably weekend warriors or Army !

They were NG. Assuming the party didn't involve dereliction and the participants were willing, I don't really see what the big deal is.

Just about any time my brother get deployed to a muslim country he has a bunch of things he CANT do in certain places in front of people...

Saudi Arabia was the worst - Qatar being the best... I wonder if it has something to do with whats acceptable to the people that live there...

Unfortunately, YES, it has to do with the Muslim world and how they live. You can't have a cross visible, women cannot go out unescorted and must be fully clothed. No Booze (unless you know a "good" Muslim that has a bar. I'm sure his list is MUCH longer, but depending upon which country you are in, we are obeying their ethnic or religious rules.

Kind of dumb to limit our troops who worked their asses off, and spilled their blood to help these people.

Actually, As much as Captain Pedro would have enjoyed lubing up and jumping in with PFC whats her name, I can't believe the chain of command let this happen...... I do not think this would have happened in a regular army unit, the disipline level is way higher,
