U.S. officials conclude Iran deal violates federal law

Some senior U.S. officials involved in the implementation of the Iran nuclear deal have privately concluded that a key sanctions relief provision – a concession to Iran that will open the doors to tens of billions of dollars in U.S.-backed commerce with the Islamic regime – conflicts with existing federal statutes and cannot be implemented without violating those laws, Fox News has learned.

Why start obeying the law and the Office of the Presidency now? He has violated his oath of office enough times to be impeached, indicted and jailed or so it seems.

Please cite the specific High Crimes and Misdemeanors for which he should be impeached, indicted and jailed.

Start with bypassing the Congress and the Laws they have passed with regard to Immigration and other things. Laws were passed and his JOB is to uphold those laws.

I think he used Executive action on the immigration thing.

While totally legal it's just a big FU to our system of laws.

Congress took legal action, an injunction was issued by the court blocking at least a portion of the executive action, and the legal process continues. No crime committed. Next?

If no crime was committed why did it require legal action in Federal Court to reverse a portion of his Executive Order and Why are they still attempting to reverse his orders on Immigration?

I don't think you can overturn a Executive Action order in a Court.

"Congress cannot directly vote to override an executive order in the way they can a veto. Instead, Congress must pass a bill canceling or changing the order in a manner they see fit. The president will typically veto that bill, and then Congress can try to override the veto of that second bill. The Supreme Court can also declare an executive order to be unconstitutional. Congressional cancellation of an order is extremely rare."

Congress is saying that the portion of the executive order in question requires Congress to act and is not something that can be done by executive order. It's a legal dispute, not a criminal question. No crime has been committed. Next?

No need. Show me the High Crime or Misdemeanor as required by the constitution.

Political theater

No one seemed to have a problem when Bush 1 and Reagan had very similar philosophies on illegal immigrants as the current president.
