FBI heads will roll, how far up the chain it goes after that is anyone;s guess...that the democrats are corrupt piles of sh*t including obama is a given...

anyone with even a shred of objectivity can clearly see the corruption from the IRS to the DOJ and FBI from obama right on down thru holder lynch, mc cabe and now shiff to name just a very few of the obvious players...

if yer stupid enough to buy:

get the transcripts candy

I heard about it on the news ( at least 8 different times)

not a smidgen of corruption

i can guarantee no political influence...

yer too stupid to be reasoned with...it really doesn't matter what you "think" cuz none of it ever comes to fruition...your daily insults and attacks on me only serve to make you a fool for all to see...

kinda of like how yer idiot schiff just publicly admitted to witholding parts of the dossier from a federal judge...

trump plays the left like the idiots they are....and idiots like you just double down by projecting your stupidity on trump just like you do to me...by all means please continue to fully discredit yourselves, we enjoy this very much...
It’s fun watching you out so much effort into stuff you have no control over. Keep up the good work. I will keep playing the devils advocate

It’s fun watching you out put?so much effort into stuff you have no control over.social media provides a lot more "power than you might think...as far as control of course none of us have any real control, but we can and do have the access to power to make our case and convince others if we take that opportunity... Keep up the good work. I will keep playing an idiot..
whatever works for ya...it's not all that much effort to be informed, you should try it some time...start by reading up on the oppositions position, only when you fully understand that can you even hope to form a cogent rebuttal...

all you have right now is insults and insults are kinda like salt, they definitely add some spice but they can't be the main ingredient...

and what I said previously applies to the HUGEabove...leftists are always trying to sell a bill of goods they'd never buy themselves...no matter how much I call you guys idiots I know yer not really dumb enough to buy any of that crap above, so what makes ya think anyone but worshipers of the letter D are gonna even give it a look?

all that is accomplishing is to run up the score ( vote and issue wise) in districts the left already has a winning game in...meanwhile it's turning off moderates, independents and even many "true liberals" who no longer recognize or can identify with their party...

the left needs a makeover, and america needs viable opposition parties that are able to govern, not just fight for absolute control...

this goes back to boston_e and others comments about division...the fedgov over reaches into every aspect of life and makes too many local decisions at the national level...That's always going to sow division and consolidate power to the few...

but how do you get either party to relinquish anything? the national parties have the money not the locals...they set the tone they set the agenda, though I guess not so much for trump...and that's why I think he's the right man for the job...

FBI Sued Over Docs Related To Comey's $2 Million Book Deal
Watchdog group Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the DOJ in order to obtain records from the FBI connected to former Director James Comey's $2 million book deal, after the agency failed to respond to an August 14, 2017 FOIA request.

In particular, the FOIA request concerns communications between Comey and the FBI leading up to his controversial June 2017 testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee. The group seeks:

All records of communications between the FBI and Comey prior to and regarding Comey’s testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on June 8, 2017.
All records of communications between the FBI and Comey relating to an upcoming book to be authored by Comey and published.
All records, including but not limited to forms completed by Comey, relating to the requirement for prepublication review by the FBI of any book to be authored by Comey with the intent to be published or otherwise publicly available.
"Comey reportedly received an advance in excess of $2 million for his book, Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership, reportedly set for publication on April 17th. Former FBI agents and officials intending to write books concerning their tenure are customarily required to submit the entire transcript for pre-publication review." - Judicial Watch

Following Comey's firing on May 9, 2017, the former FBI director sat down with Senate Select Committee investigators for a highly controversial testimony which covered, among other things, the circumstances surrounding his dismissal.

Also covered in testimony was the ongoing investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election, as well as Comey's handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

Comey admitted to leaking his "memos" to the Senate Select Committee in order to kick off the Special Counsel headed by former FBI Director Robert Mueller III.
Mr. Comey seems to have protected status for any misconduct and we want to know if he had a special deal for his book from his friends in the FBI,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

“The Deep State is in cover-up mode. The FBI, DOJ, and the Special Counsel are stonewalling our requests for Comey documents.”

EXCLUSIVE – Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee who has been leading a congressional investigation into President Trump's alleged ties to Russia, had extensive contact last year with a lobbyist for a Russian oligarch who was offering Warner access to former British spy and dossier author Christopher Steele, according to text messages obtained exclusively by Fox News.

"We have so much to discuss u need to be careful but we can help our country," Warner texted the lobbyist, Adam Waldman, on March 22, 2017.

"I'm in," Waldman, whose firm has ties to Hillary Clinton, texted back to Warner.
Secrecy seemed very important to Warner as the conversation with Waldman heated up March 29, when the lobbyist revealed that Steele wanted a bipartisan letter from Warner and the committee’s chairman, North Carolina Republican Sen. Richard Burr, inviting him to talk to the Senate intelligence panel.

Throughout the text exchanges, Warner seemed particularly intent on connecting directly with Steele without anyone else on the Senate Intelligence Committee being in the loop -- at least initially. In one text to the lobbyist, Warner wrote that he would "rather not have a paper trail" of his messages.

Two more officials cited in FBI texts step down
The FBI's media chief and the head of the Justice Department's anti-espionage section are both departing.
Both men are discussed in text messages sent by senior FBI Agent Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page. President Donald Trump and many Republican lawmakers have argued that the texts are evidence of anti-Trump bias at senior levels of the Justice Department and FBI.
While the texts contain derogatory mentions of Trump, the messages made public thus far don’t attribute that sentiment to Kortan or Laufman, and there’s no indication that either departure is related to the recent flap.

Kortan, who has headed the FBI’s media operation since 2009, has told colleagues for months or longer that he was on the verge of retirement. The imminent nature of his departure was first reported by Fox News.

Laufman’s exit is more surprising. It was first reported by The Washington Post, which said he told colleagues he was leaving for personal reasons.
Laufman had served since 2014 as the top Justice Department official overseeing espionage investigations, as well as cases involving foreign lobbying and leaks of classified information. That put Laufman in charge of the Hillary Clinton email probe and aspects of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election — an inquiry handed off last May to special counsel Robert Mueller.

The Strzok-Page texts suggest they held an unflattering view of Laufman and Kortan.

“Kortan majorly screwed up,” one April 2016 text from Page said.
I am getting aggravated at Laufman,” a March 2016 message from Strzok said.

The list of officials frequently discussed in the texts who are no longer in their jobs seems to grow by the day. It includes former FBI Director James Comey, who was fired by Trump; former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; Comey’s chief of staff, James Rybicki; FBI General Counsel James Baker; as well as Strzok, who was booted off the special counsel investigation and sent to a job in the FBI’s personnel division.

Pretty hard to take right wingnuts seriously when they claim the FBI was actually trying to help Clinton win the election. Nobody with a lick of common sense could possibly believe that. They essentially put Clinton on trial in the middle of the campaign, accused her of negligence but ultimately concluded they had no case (because they never had a case), then re-opened the whole affair to great fanfare just days before the election. All of this without a single public mention of their concurrent investigation into the Gump campaign.

C’mon.

Meanwhile, Gump tries to get rid of anyone connected to the Mueller investigation and becomes increasingly more reliant on the OJ defense strategy - when you're guilty as hell, discredit law enforcement.

Every day these so called "bombshell" emails and banana Republican memos prove to be complete duds to anyone outside the Faux News echo chamber. Clearly Mueller is not deterred nor distracted as he moves methodically forward. Can’t wait for Gump to testify as promised, though this will probably happen around the same time he releases his tax returns.

A former State Department official has confirmed that he played middleman in relaying anti-Trump smut from two Hillary Clinton operatives to dossier writer Christopher Steele who passed it to the FBI.

It is a further thickening of the plot by Democratic Party agents to get unverified dossier material into the news media and the Obama Justice Department before election day Nov. 8.

Jonathan M. Winer, who was former secretary state John Kerry’s special envoy to Libya and his Senate adviser, disclosed the the behind-the-scenes get-Trump operation in a Washington Post op-ed.

Mr. Winer confirmed a redacted Senate report released on Tuesday that said information on candidate Trump flowed between Mr. Steele and Clinton operatives, with Mr. Winer as the middleman.

Mr. Steele, a former British spy, wrote the anti-Trump dossier with money provided by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, through Fusion GPS.

He has 5 business days. The memo is reported to be 10 pages so, using Trump's alleged love of lengthy reads, he should be able to make the deadline at 2 pages per day if he lays off TV a bit.

Edit: I was unaware at the time of writing this that Trump had sent the memo back to the committee for changes.

For a guy who claims total innocence, he sure likes to hide.

Why did he lie about campaign contacts with Russia?

Why did he wait to fire Flynn?

Why did he ask Comey to pledge loyalty, then fire him? Where are the tapes on that he claimed to have BTW?

What's more obvious than him denying the memo release is him ever interviewing with Mueller. He won't do it. Guaranteed he will run scared.

Beginning to think Trump actually wants the investigation to go on forever. As they say about bad publicity....

Schiff said the committee’s Democrats “take seriously” the Justice Department and FBI concerns and will review their recommended redactions. He said he hopes the matter can be resolved quickly so the committee can return to the Russia investigation.
“Although the President is inclined to declassify the Feb. 5 Memorandum, because the memorandum contains numerous properly classified and especially sensitive passages, he is unable to do so at this time,” McGahn said in a letter to Devin Nunes, the Republican chairman of the House panel.

The White House also released a letter sent to McGahn by FBI Director Christopher Wray and to Rod Rosenstein, the No. 2 Justice Department official, expressing concerns about the memo’s release “in light of longstanding principles regarding the protection of intelligence sources and methods, ongoing investigations, and other similar sensitive information.”

The guy is a hypocritical POS. His refusal to release only the republican memo confirms it. I didn’t expect anything less though.
