Okay, first, learn how to spell "patsy"

No, it wasn't chuck's rhetoric. He proposed a bill on the draft I guess about a year before the elections. And then the Kerry campaign tried to make it an issue that Bush was trying to revive the draft. It wasn't rhetoric.

Then I guess what I am pointing out is the IRONY of Kerry & Edwards RHETORIC regarding the DRAFT that the instilled FEAR in the hearts of YOUNG PEOPLE by making them think BUSH was trying to bring back the DRAFT when all along it was their buddy RANGEL that proposed bringing it back.
