I believe the league investigator said that Brady's attorney could review the texts at the hearing and provide them to investigators but that suggestion was rejected. Instead, the phone was destroyed on the day of the hearing. Coincidence?
"My phone broke so I destroyed it."
"The dog ate my homework."
"I didn't have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky."
Still proof of nothing.
Try to get past the hate and you will see it clearer.
The issue here is not whether there is proof of wrongdoing that would stand up in a court of law. The issue here is whether the NFL and Goodell acted within the powers granted by the collective bargaining agreement and other rules of the NFL.
There is a lot ore to it than that.
You obviously have no experience with unions and the many, many issues that arise out of a management decision.
The federal court case has nothing to do with guilt/innocence it all has to do with procedures, past practices and other issues.
If the case has nothing to do with guilt or innocence and only has to do with process, practice and procedure, what does "Still proof of nothing" refer to?

Oh please, you may know your energy issues but you often stray into legal, medical and other fields where you continually express your lack of knowledge.
You like to think that your word is the last word on many issues but that's only in your own mind.
You are the Rex Ryan of K-Zone.

The Patriots should stick it to the NFL, the same way the NFL stuck them. Pats should no-show for opening night and leave the NFL high and dry for their big Thursday night open to the 2015 season. Opening music act, primetime tv, and no Pats players or coaches in sight. Pats can forfeit one game and still repeat. "Sorry, the bus broke down...we couldn't make it." Suck it Roger. #nobradynopatriots

Then the NFL was declare a forefit.
The Pats should just hold off on the awards ceremony until Brady is there, if he's there for the 1st game, go for it.
Do you think that the NFL/ESPN/CBS or whomever carries the ga,e will allow Goodell to be introduced to the crowd and if so will they actually show or let people listen to the reception he will get.
They have already increased security at his house in Maine.

I'm still trying to figure out what your reference to "proof" is. Proof of what? Please explain to poor Rex.
