Nducom Suh (whatever his name is) is a total bush player.
A 1 game suspension is inadequate on his history alone.

(Edited Tuesday) NFL rescinding that suspension on appeal is appalling :dislike

Not that it will matter at all.
Romo may break his luck streak this time

Oh, and Book of Manning is due for an appendix.

That was purely a makeup call for the Detroit game.

This time Dallas got hosed.

prolly a good thing for NBC that Dallas got their due today.
Thereby eliminating the potential of Giant fans boycotting this year's Superbowl broadcast.
Why would a New Yorker wanna' watch their 2 nemeses playing for another world title ? :P

Understand the rule. This was the correct call by rule versus the travesty that occurred last week. Detroit would have rioted if this was not overturned as they lost a game a couple years ago on the exact same call. If Bryant had secured the ball Dallas would have had it at the one. He did not. Its on him.

I understand the rule.

Bryant took about 3 steps and then fumbled the ball. Obviously the steps are a "football move" but once again the NFL sees things their own way.

No biggie to me.

Just kismet.

You can watch it again at the link above. Dez has one foot touch the ground after the ball is thrown to him, but doesn't have control until the ball hits the ground. Had Dez focused on making the catch, rather than scoring a touchdown, Cowboys would have advanced. Personally, I don't think Dallas should have advanced past Detroit given the non-calls, but what's done is done.

Isn't the ball not caught until Dez touches two feet on the ground? His first move after two feet touch, is a lunge towards the goal line. As part of the lunge, his left toe drags, his knee hits, then the ball hits the ground and comes loose. I don't see three steps after the completion. Should the lunge be considered a football move, with the landing being the second move? I might buy that. Refs appeared to call it the same way they'd call it on the sideline; two feet come down, then the receiver must continue to control the ball through the tackle/end of the play. Dez didn't.

Correct call on a confusing rule. Common sense says he caught the ball, but the letter of the "process" rule and confirming replays show he didn’t. GB finally has a challenge go their way, though it’s gonna be tough to get pass Seattle in Seattle with AR not at 100%.
