Aaron Boone to be named next manager of the EE

Post by SnoBrdr »

Are they out of their minds in NYC.

Guess Cashman wants to be both GM and manager.

The New York Daily Times is reporting that the New York Yankees have hired Aaron Boone to replace Joe Girardi as the team’s new manager.

Rhetorical question .. no doubt ..
Must be trying to rekindle the franchise.
Thought Beltran would emerge there.

Old school managers are a thing of the past, GM's don't want a manager who will say no and do what they think is best. Just be a puppet for the front office. Not saying I like it, but that's the way across mlb right now.

They should've hired Daniel Boone.
Aaron has already used his 15 minutes.
