Used Snowboard Help

My youngest has a friend who is an avid skater
and really wants to get into boarding... He has done
the rental route and just cant afford it anymore...

Does anyone have the makings of a complete
inexpensive used package for a ->
Boy
age 14
shoe approx. mens 7
approx. 5'2"
approx. 80Lbs

Would appreciate any assistance ( i'm at a
disadvantage = skier = knows crap about snow
boards ).
