Looking for a Killington Ski house for 2006-2007

I am a 30yr male living in Boston that is looking for a ski house at Killington for the up coming season that offers half shares. Also, I am looking for a co-ed house that consist of mostly individuals in their 20's and 30's that like to ski/board hard, and play just as hard. I am not looking for a quiet and relaxing house, sleep is overrated.
