So, according to this article (http://www.toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dl ... 60/-1/NEWS) the forces that be in Ohio want to start registering sex offenders without even pressing charges against them. That's right folks, forget about even being brougth to trial.
I'm sure that this won't pass even the first constitutional challenge, but the very fact that such a rule garnered support should be scary enough.
