Knowing that he "voted against" vests is useless without knowing WHY.
More likely he voted against a larger bill that vest funding was attached to
and more than likely his no vote had nothing to do with vests but everything to do with the larger bill.
Unfortunately too many dumb f**ks in the electorate won't realize that and will be taken in by sh*t like this ad.
