full share for couple wanted

We have done a share the last 3 years and our house is going in a different direction (short term holiday rentals). Serious skiers with background in quality apres activity.

Might be good, but quality Apres is not a part of the house. I don't mean you can't party here, but the 30 minutes to the mountain is not conducive to partying and then driving.

Well, I do have an area on the 2nd floor that could be a great bar. Have anyone in mind?
