i'm sure he acted on his own, with no direction from above. he couldnt possibly have been acting upon orders from his boss, or god forbid, his boss' boss.

It is a sham and shame you can convict someone of a crime for obstructing justice and lying to the grand jury, when in fact the prosicutor was lying the entire time. Why is this not in the news, and why is the prosicutor not on trial? He knew Libby did not divulge the information before he started the investigation, yet he spent our money and screwed libby and the news over a lie.

Libby f*** up by not knowing what he said and when he said it. The rest is BS and is pretty scary regarding how our government and laws work. A prosecutor can run a bogus investigation, knowing what the answers are already, and then, because someone misspeaks can screw them? BS.

OH, the spokesperson for the jury lives near or next to and knows 3 of the witnesses. Can you say MISTRIAL?

Clinton was the exception, but he should also have served time.

Lying in an investigation that had no purpose. Cover up? what did he cover up other than the fact that he had no clue who he talked to, or he actually did lie about it for some unknown reason. He couldn't have covered up who divulged the information because the prosicutor already knew it was not him but went on the investigation anyway. The Grand Jury should never have been conviened.
