Has anyone done any work to their house/condo at K?

Can you recommend a contractor?

Plumbing - Pelletier does good work.
Carpentry - Paul McNeil

Check with your property manager or site manager for other suggestions based on who regularly does work for the condo association. If a contractor has been working there for a while, the contractor will generally know all the ins and outs of the development, know the problems they've faced before with similar jobs there, and will have a good relationship with the property and site managers and be able to coordinate schedules most effectively with other work that's going on in the development.
