HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
The House is located off the access road, close to shops, restaurants/bars and of course the Slopes! It has 10 bedrooms, 4-1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, Bar, Huge commercial kitchen with seating for 20, 60" stainless steel oven, outdoor grill, ski locker, Hot Tub, Sauna, 5 Fireplaces, 60" TV, VCR, DVD, Pool Table, Fooze Ball Table Washer/Dryer and computer access if needed. Extended Season --7 months Oct 26, 2007 thru the 1st weekend in June 2008! Fall foliage to the last of spring skiing/early Mtn biking! There comes a time when a dumpy weekend house (where theres 3 or 4 people per room or you have sleep on the couch cause you drove up late) just won't cut it anymore, when you get to that point....give us a call!
HOUSE DEMOGRAPHICS
The house is mix of mostly professionals ages ranging from 30s to 40s from NY and Boston areas (which includes a few from NJ, CT & RI). There are a few couples but mostly single. Ranging about 50/50 male to female.
HOUSE RULES:
We expect maturity and mutual consideration of one another. Everyone is very friendly and very laid back & we're looking for the same. This is not a party-party house and is family friendly. We hang out, we go out, but no crazy conga lines at 3am. People try to get up early to ski and we expect consideration of those who try to do so. There is plenty of room for guests. The house has over 13 Full/Queen Futon beds for friends and family. Guests are welcome, but a guest fee of $30.00 per person is charged per night. Guests must be accompanied by shareholder. Midweek access arranged through House Manager. Occasional long weekends or taking a week long vacation or two up at the house is fine - coordinated through House Manager.
FULL SHARE DESCRIPTION
Full Shares are $2950.00. Season runs over SEVEN months Oct. 26, 2007 thru June 1, 2008! This entitles the shareholder to un-restricted weekend access. The share is sold by the bed, so your bed is "your" bed for the season. No rushing up each weekend to snag a bed. Occasional long weekends and vacations can be taken at the house, but house manager should be informed. All amenities are inclusive including utilities, maid service, cable, wood etc. Placement is ONLY 2 shares per bedroom. I try my best to place friends together, who join the house together.
HALF SHARES
Half shares are $1,600.00, which entitles share to alternating weekend access applicable to a rotation calendar, sold by the bed. Season runs over SEVEN months Oct. 26, 2007 thru June 1, 2008! All ammenities are inclusive. Placement is ONLY 2 shares per bedroom. Half are very flexible in that each shareholder is given a directory of all shareholders in the house to facilitate switching weekends & carpooling etc
