Half Share available at Trailside!!!

Post by bellenbaum »

We have a half share available in our house. Here's the pitch:

Three NYC couples (ages 35 - 45) are looking for another couple or individual to fill a half share for this winter. The ski house is located in Trailside Village in Killington, Vermont. The greatest feature of this house is the "ski on ski off" aspect, that allows you to step outside of the house, directly on to the mountain without driving or walking to a lift.

The ski house is a two level condo with three bedrooms, a living room/dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with sauna attached), and an outdoor hot tub. We are looking for a couple, or individual to split time in one of the bedrooms with another couple. The half share would ensure 1/2 the available weekends of the ski season (this can be negotiable). The cost of the half share is $1,500 for the season. (is this right?)

We are looking for an individual/couple in a similar age range - this is not a "party" house. One of the current couples owns two dogs, and the other owns one.

It's the ski on/off property along Great Eastern, the one Kevin O'Neill manages and got so upset about when they announced the reduced lower Skye Ship operating schedule.

I guess Trailside Village's not as well known as I thought, so to clarify:

The place is off Lower Skyeship, so the ski on/off only applies when that lift's running and there's snow all the way down to route 4. Killington's said that they will not run that part of Skyeship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in non-holiday weeks this season, though you should still be able to ski back on those days, conditions permitting.
