The house is located on West Park Road approx 5 minutes from KBL near Mogul’s sports bar just off the Killington Access Road. There are 6 bathrooms (3 full), a very modern and fully applianced kitchen, a full wet bar, a pool table, and plenty of common space.

Your Room includes a Queen Bunk, A roommate, (of your choosing unless you a coming alone) and full unrestricted access to the property every weekend… (no live in’s need apply, this is a share house).

The Season runs from October 17 to May 4, 2009-2010.

The share price is $2750 (includes summer use). You will be asked for no more money. Please email me for more information. (There are some restrictions)
