Definitely not. Not even close. Shortski writes exactly the way he speaks. Run-on sentences where nobody can get a word in edgewise unless he pauses to take a sip of his beer. Anybody who has watched the Shortski Channel at Long Trail Brewery office hours can confirm this. My speech pattern is the opposite. I tend to think a complete sentence and then speak it. When I'm around Shortski, I don't ever get to say much unless he's really thirsty. He's back to talking before I can get the first syllable out.
