We are looking to share our four bedroom 3 bath, 3-level Sunrise townhouse with another family. The unit is in excellent shape and is within the Bear Ridge grouping in Sunrise. It has a jacuzzi tub, a sauna, a deck with a view of Outer Limits and a big beautiful wood-burning fireplace. This location is such that you can either access the Sundog trail and ski down to the Sunrise lift or walk across the street and drop right into the Bear Mountain base area without needing to ride the Sunrise chair. The Sunrise/Topridge area is the only truly ski-in, ski-out condo development in Killington once the Bear Mountain area is open, usually beginning between Christmas and New Years. The Sunrise Lift is co-owned and operated by Killington and the Sunrise Homeowners Association and guests staying at Sunrise can ride the lift for free all day long.
We are looking for one family to share the unit with where each of us would have complete use of the place on alternate weekends. We can be flexible about the holiday weeks. No pets, no smokers, no unsupervised college kids.
