Convenient parking in front of unit. Closest to the Terra Median Center.
Unit includes free access to tennis courts, Pool, Hot Tub, Steam, Sauna, and Exercise room.
There is an additional fee for Spa Services of massage, tanning, and salon.
Open Concept – Kitchen, Dining, Living Rooms.
Dishwasher, Microwave, Full-size Washer & Dryer, Fireplace, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, Stereo, High-speed Cable Internet.
A bathroom is attached to each bedroom.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and master bath has a 2-person Jacuzzi tub
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.
Living room has a queen size pullout sofa.
Loft has two twin beds.
Trash and recycling are collected from the attached outdoor trash room on Mondays and Fridays.
Towels and two sets of linens are included for two queen and two twin beds.
The unit is maintained by owners that live within 9 miles. All issues are directed to one phone number.
E-mail is checked at least four times daily. A quick response is assured.
