New Years Eve Ideas

Post by OlympiaGirl »

Does anyone have any suggestions for New Years Eve? I'd like to do something festive (as opposed to staying in) but not the standard Pickle Barrel/ Wobbly Barn scene.
All you've got to do is go that way, really really fast. If something gets in your way, turn.

I did not realize the ski houses are segregated by age. Are there places to rock if you are under 30 years old, too?

I am guessing that he means more than 30 ski houses will be having parties and not referring to the age of the members. :D

Hike to top and watch the sun rise and be the first person to ski down for the year. Best to due if it is a clear night.

Lots of choices on the access road depending on how much you want to spend.

Pickle and Wobbly are usually around $100 and hard to get into.

Went to the Lookout last year for $40 and had a really good time.

Moguls was $20 a couple of years ago.

Foundry and Jax would be a less expensive option too.

Or you could be a hermit with Ironmandontski at the 30 plus house :-) (Cheapest option)

The Foundry has Jamies Junk Show, as well as a special dinner menu, and are taking reservations for the evening!

Goombay tour. 4:00 start, drink a goombay at every bar on the hill...walking your way towards home (where ever that be). Cab home when you can't see anymore. In bed passed out by 7:00 and up early for first chair with NOBODY on the hill.

Sex on the summit tour. :cool

Take last chair up to summit and haul sleeping bag and 2 person tent up.
set up in woods just below k1 drop off point.

Make love with hubby at midnight.
Chisel penis out of snowbank and ski down at first light.

(Just a joke please nobody really try)

I think i need a plan for NYE too.

Whos got the best NYE band this year?
