Three rooms are available for year-round or seasonal rental in a nice, modern home in Robinwood across from Pico.

** First is a large room w/ closet, storage, vaulted ceiling,and full bath available immediately. This is a great option for a couple on a budget. Rent is $550.

**Two other smaller rooms, both with closets. Occupants share a full bath in the hall on the same floor. One is available immediately, one is available as of July 1st. Rent is $450 each.

All rooms include shared use of the main floor living areas. Large living/dining room w/ fireplace. Extra large chef's kitchen, Laundry room with W/D.

Utilities are not included. Each occupant is responsible for 1 share of the bills (electric,gas,cable/internet,plowing)

First month's rent plus one month's rent security/utility deposit with a one year lease required to move in. Seasonal rental would be considered with last month rent paid in advance.
