Re: This Weekend
I plan to ski Friday. Weather looks OK until Noon on Saturday.
Re: This Weekend
Friday is the day this week! With all the (R)ain coming I would not miss next weekend. The weather does seem to be drying out and it is preliminarily looking really good for next weekend.

Re: This Weekend
I plan on skiing Fri-Sun. My family knows that skiing is what I want to be doing on Mother's Day.
Re: This Weekend
Snowforecast says a foot of snow Saturday night. I might hang around k just in case they are right.

Wonder if they'll groom at least a couple swaths wide?

It also says the freezing level never drops below 4300 feet. How is the snow going to stick? Snowforecast.com is the biggest joke out there, it's never right.tt431 wrote:Snowforecast says a foot of snow Saturday night. I might hang around k just in case they are right.

a foot of may snow would create a very difficult skiing surface initially...daytripper wrote:It also says the freezing level never drops below 4300 feet. How is the snow going to stick? Killington Resort wrote: 3:45 pm 05/11/17-We will not be grooming tonight, so you can expect soft corn snow bumps all day Friday. Depending on trail conditions at closing, we may groom Friday night, but that is still to be determined. Saturday night looks like it could be wet, so no grooming will take place then.
