Pico Condos

Curious what the rate is for a seasonal rental at Pico in the condos? Starting to think/plan/save for potentially renting one for next year. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I rented a 2 BR unit for $6600/6 months for the 06-07 season. I did have to give up the unit for the week between Christmas and New Years though. We then abandoned K/Pico after that season because of the start of the Nyberg reign. When we looked to return for the 09-10 season, our landlord wanted $8500 for the season (including the holiday) plus utilities. We found a place to rent in Mountain Green instead. Edit, sorry I don't have any more recent data though.
