More than three in four Americans questioned in a Monmouth Poll released Tuesday said that Trump administration officials, as well as the president, should be invited to testify. And just over half -- 51 percent -- said that members of the Trump administration who refused to appear before last year’s House impeachment inquiry should be compelled to testify in the Senate trial.

This time, The New York Times reports that President Trump's former national security adviser John Bolton alleges in his forthcoming book that the president explicitly told him"
"[Trump] wanted to continue freezing $391 million in security assistance to Ukraine until officials there helped with investigations into Democrats including the Bidens."
Bolton also wrote that several top cabinet officials had knowledge of Trump’s demands, including Secretary of State Michael Pompeo and Attorney General William Barr, as well as acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney, according to NYT.
The leak - if true - contradicts Trump's claim that he never tied the hold-up of Ukrainian aid to his demands for investigations into Burisma corruption surrounding Hunter Biden's exorbitant pay for doing sweet F.A.

Bolton is trying to sell a book. And has an ax to grind like all the other people Trump has fired and has every right to fire. That's all you need to know.
Trump never withheld the aid. Although he has every right to pressure a country into investigating corruption that involves a high level U.S. government official. Just because that official is running in a presidential election does not make him immune from investigation....of course unless he's a Democrat running against Trump.
The Democrats, with full support of the media, have no problem fabricating stories of corruption and wrong doing by Trump but have no interest in truly investigating very shady circumstances involving the former VP and his son.
