57 - drinking 5 drinks more than twice a month pushes it down by 7 years. Pure BS. In fact moderate drinking of beer or wine has actually been seen as a good thing lately, not a bad thing.

They had a starting age of 77? But my longevity was 82. Not a bad run, especially if I can continue skiing and most everything else. Just hope I can afford the upkeep with all these new body parts coming out. New ACL, fix the shoulder, maybe replace a hip in the future.
